I have a Peplink Balance 380, recently purchased so it should be the latest firmware/hardware. I need to create a rule to allow all my 8x8 stuff to work correctly. It seems like there should be a simple rule that allows this to work correctly. Can anyone help on this?
We use 8x8 for VoIP on desk phones and PCs, the 8x8 Work app for presence and chat.
What else do I need to tell you?
