FIPS 140-2 Licensing

Can someone explain the optional FIPS licensing?

I’m having a hard time finding any information on it at all on the Peplink website other than a vague reference saying FIPS 140-2 can be enabled with a software license. The devices don’t list it as an optional feature add-on.

Does every Peplink device need it or only the concentrator that the PepVPN connects to? If I have a Peplink Balance One and a MAX BR1, do they both need a FIPS license?

Thanks!

Please refe to this link - https://www.peplink.com/fips-140-2-compliance/

That link is dead, can we get an updated link?

Can someone please provide additional information on deploying FIPS 140-2 Licensing on Peplink devices? Whitepaper, Datasheet, Installation? Trying to position against Cradlepoint’s FIPS solutions.

Is FIPS enabled on SpeedFusion Cloud & Hub solo for Transit Pros still under Primecare with the additional FIPS Licenses added?

Or do you have to pay $4500 per Fusion Hub solo?

Thank you in advance,
Kevin
