I have a Pepwave MAX BR1 Mini which I love. But one annoyance is that it seems to take ages for it to lock onto the best brand (Verizon vs. ATT) and band (LTE bands 1…41).
I have one campsite where I know that ATT + Band 12 (700Mhz) will give me great service, and I’ve taken to just forcing the MAX BR1 Mini to only use that channel when I arrive. But figuring this out took me hours and hours, and of course is only useful for this one location.
Are there any tricks I can use to make this process faster and more automatic? I wonder if this setting is causing me trouble:
