Failover with Drop-in Mode

Having a hardtime communicating via emails Ticket# 25071015 with super long response times. Now has been escalated, with no response. System currently wired as follows. (DHCP) AT&T Fiber Gateway wired LAN1 to unmanaged switch providing Internet at each workstation. Xfinity Business Gateway handles VOIP directly bypassing unmanaged switch. On Dropouts. Site switches to Xfinity WiFi at workstations. If both drop Xfinity has a 5G BackUp.
Need to configure Peplink as Drop-in without Routing to Network.
AT&T Fiber Gateway LAN1 as Primary WAN1, Xfinity Business Gateway LAN1 will be secondary WAN2.
