Failed to Delete eSIM

I’m trying to remove an eSIM from my Balance 20X so I can add it to a 5G Adapter. I have disabled the WAN Connection on the Dashboard. When I try to delete the eSIM from InControl2 I get "Failed to Delete eSIM (eSIM in use).

I’m running firmware 8.5.4 build 5662.

What am I missing?

Can Incontrol connect to the 20X though any WAN other than the cell modem during the deletion?

Just a guess since that is required when adding an eSIM

I was able to resolve this problem with the hep of the folks at MobileMustHave.com. The eSIM was selected as the active SIM for the cellular connection. When i changed that, i was able to delete the eSIM.
