Expose WAN MOS / Jitter / Packet Loss Metrics in InControl2 WAN Quality Reports

I am using a Balance 310X (firmware 8.5.3) managed via InControl2.

Currently, WAN Quality Reports only expose latency metrics.
There is no visibility of:

  • Jitter
  • Packet loss
  • MOS

For real-time collaboration workloads (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebRTC),
latency alone is insufficient to diagnose freezes and media stalls.
Short jitter or packet-loss bursts cause visible freezes even when latency is stable.

The hardware already measures these internally (e.g. SpeedFusion path scoring),
but these metrics are not exposed in InControl2 reporting or CSV exports.

Request:
Please expose WAN-level Jitter, Packet Loss, and MOS metrics in
InControl2 WAN Quality Reports (graphs + CSV export), configurable
at organisation or group level.

This would significantly improve root-cause analysis for voice/video
applications and reduce unnecessary WAN or hardware troubleshooting.

What is the SpeedFusion path scoring you mention?

The internal Speedfusion mechanism for traffic distribution decision making when bonding.
