Esims broken after firmware upgrade

I upgraded my Max BR1 5G from 8.4.1 build 5474 to 8.5.0 build 5636 and after that my cellular (esim) did not come online. when I was near the router, i checked and it just did not connect. tried a few things, also rolling back to previous firmware, did not work… later i saw message that pin was wrong, entered it still didnt work.

then i wanted to delete my byo esim, did not work, added a new one, confiugured it, set the pin, nothing works… the e-sim is broken since upgrade… what to do?

esim is still so new, and some things specific to your carrier, I’d open a ticket and post back here the resolution.

Well, it worked fine the first time around untill the firmware upgrade… where can i open tickets?
