Error when opening group in InControl2

I installed a private hosted InControl instance. When I create a group I get the message: “Group not found or inaccessible. Go to Dashboard”. I tried to find on the internet what is wrong, but no luck.

Take a domain name that you own and create an A recording pointing to the ip of the private in control.
Example:
A ic2.myprivatecompanydomain.com 12.10.10.10

Then login to your private incontrol dashboard , which is https://ipofprivateioncontrol2:4443
Example https://12.10.10.10:4443
And update the server name there with the fqdn.
