I have a pepwave hd2 that reports the same sim ICCID in the two slots.

Hi,

We had exactly the same problem 8-9 month ago with 8 Balance 30 devices.
After a lot of testings it was concluded that it was due to a hardware problem and we put them in DOA.
Devices where replaced and problem solved.

@Peplink : this was DOA-784949

With the hope that this can help with accelerating the solution.
