When clicking on Save in WAN connections I get the following error.
Wi-Fi WAN (id: 3)
Invalid value: wifi wifiprofile policy

Invalid EAP method suggests you have something configured incorrectly for the authentication parameters on WiFi WAN.
Can you share a screen grab for the config?
Are you using the WiFi radio to also serve local clients as well as WiFi WAN, does the local AP serve an SSID with 802.1X authentication configured? I wonder if there is a limitation where it cannot do that and WiFi WAN at the same time.
