Epson printer only connect to pepwave after reboot

I can only connect my Epson WF-3620 Printer to my Pepwave Surf SOHO MK3 by rebooting the SOHO. After the reboot I can connect the printer and it remains connected until I turn the printer off. When I turn the printer back on I get a MAC filtering Check Fail. I then reboot the SOHO and can again reconnect.

Epson WF-3620

Static address
Current firmware version: 7.1.2
Security: WPA/WPA2 -Personal
Encryption: TKIP/AES:CCMP

It’s can be related to WIFI printer. If reboot the printer without rebooting the SOHO will it get connected back ? The problem only happen for the printer ?

Add on:
Do you enable MAC filter for for SOHO device ?

I don’t need to reboot the printer to reconnect, only the SOHO. I also don’t have MAC filtering turned on. There are seven other devices that connects and reconnects fine. Static addresses are set up for all the devices.
