EOL/EOS and replacement model of Peplink Balance 710

I am a customer of your brand, Peplink, and I purchased a Peplink Balance 710 five years ago. I have only been using the default license that came with the device and have not purchased any additional licenses. I would like to inquire about the End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) status of this device, as well as the recommended replacement model. Additionally, I would like to know if it is still possible to purchase an appropriate license (e.g., EssentialCare or EssentialCare+) at this time, particularly for RMA purposes.

The Peplink Balance 710 is still in operation with lots (thousands) of customers globally and is supported by the latest firmware 8.5.1 release; even with the device out of any care plan, you can still download the latest version of firmware for free.
