Enable DNS over TLS (DoT) or DNS over HTTPS (DoH) on Max BR2 Pro

Hi, I am a newer user setting up a Peplink Max Br2 Pro.
I recently configured the DNS servers to use Cloudflare: [DNS Server 1]: 1.1.1.3 [DNS Server 2]: 1.0.0.3
I have a concern with securing the router and clients from all types of hacking.
For the purpose of this discussion, I would like to safeguard against “DNS queries and replies” being intercepted because they are not encrypted.
Is there a way to enable DNS over TLS (DoT) or DNS over HTTPS (DoH) within the Peplink Max Br2 Pro?
