Email Verification Error


i have issue with email verification. I am using Peplink 710

If we enable email verification, users get the email, after they click verify, they get message from InControl says that “Error Time Quota “180 minutes Daily” Limit of Exceeded”. After such error occur and user try to use another login method, users get the same error message and won’t be able to use the FREE Wi-Fi till xxx minutes of resets passes.

A ticket has been opened by your purchasing point. Please help follow up there since we have better visibility.
