Can I customize the email notification contents?

Hello,

You can customize it via InControl2 but not with the devices “Email Notification” feature. If you are using IC2 just leave the setting in the device disabled.

This is configured under group settings in IC2.

I forgot to mention about the model. I have Peplink Balance 30. I see only ‘InContol’.

Hello,

IC2 is not model restrictive, the unit will just need to be under warranty and on 6.x firmware to use this feature.

how to i set up IC2? do you have the link for IC2? Do I have to create new account for the IC2?

If using IC2 for the first time, you will have to create a account:
Incontrol2.peplink.com
