Email notification confirmation

This feature request is to have an available record of email notifications sent from IC2. The particular use case at hand involves customers that are charged overages on cellular plans. Email notifications are set up to inform customers when data thresholds are reached. Some record of the notification being sent and who it was sent to would be a great help. What I envision is an entry in the organization operations log of notifications sent along with the email addresses they were sent to. This way there’s something of a trail to see that the notification was in fact sent.
