Drop-in mode configuration of a B-380

Hi, Guys,

I am new to Peplink.

As I understand that drop-in mode, an WAN IP is assigned to the Peplink B-380.

May I know if I can configure the B-380 with a Public IP of the different ISP ( e.g. three ISP links, one ip from different ISP, so total 3 Public IPs are configured in the Peplink ) to prevent ISP link down ?

Or how I connect to the Peplink from public if the ISP is down ?
