I succeed to connect Peplink Balance 20 to AWS IPSec VPN, but the connection is not stable. AWS technique support suggest to enable Dead Peer Detection(DPD) on the Peplink Balance. I can’t find the setting in the admin console. I google DPD, and it show Cisco support DPD. I wonder whether Peplink Balance 20 support DPD? If yes, how to enable it?
DPD is enabled by default. There is no option to enable or disable it. May I know which firmware version you are using?
