I am having some VoIP setup issue and this was suggested by the provider:
“Put the (VoIP bridge adapter) in the DMZ settings of your router”
My research doesn’t show any such setting with a Balance 20. Is there an equivalent setting that would accomplish this? For what it is worth, I am trying to setup an Obihai Obi100 VoIP bridge adapter with a Vitelity VoIP account. A whole host of issues have been successfully troubleshot so far (yes, even changing SIP to Compatibility Mode), but all incoming calls still get a busy signal.
