Dlna upnp share does not show up

I have a 2020 max transit duo that I use in my rv which we live in full time.
I have a Synology NAS attached via Ethernet. I have a library of movies, music and photos that I want to be able to view locally on my TV sets and mobile devices. The shares do not show up usually. CanI make a setting change to have this available at all times?

Do you have upnp enabled in Advanced > Port forwarding?

Do you have WINS enabled too in Network > LAN | Network Settings?

Do not show up where? As smb file shares In windows explorer? Are all devices on the same subnet / vlan?

On TV sets the nas does not show up. Yes all devices are on the same subnet/clan. I will look at wins setting.
