Disable SpeedFusion encryption

I work on the road doing VoIP and have a VPN on my work computer. I setup Speedfusion for the failover feature. But now the two VPN’s are conflicting with each other. Is there a way to disable the encryption on Speedfusion?

Yes in the profile you select off and click save and apply

I’m a newbie so a little slow at this. I went in there and checked it hit save and it said I had to enter a Remote ID. So I enter the router name, saved it. then on the Dashboard it said starting, but never Established ?
