I think, you are using OSPF to do dynamic routing between your devices - connected through PepVPN/Speedfusion, but is it possible to configure only static routes?
The thing, I want to avoid:
What happens if somebody adds a second network in a branch office that conflicts with another net? I think, he can break the connection to another branch-office.
You can add the desired subnet at Network Advertising (Network > OSPF & RIPv2). So, a new subnet will not be advertised if added by someone accidentally.
I have asked for the OSPF software to see and alert on duplicate routes, possibly in real time.
Humans make mistakes. As someone with 300+ dual-hub VPN clients, I can tell you that duplicate routes WILL happen. So my request is that the hub warn the user “Yo! Idiot! You are trying to add a duplicate route. This subnet also exists on device XXXX”
