Directing Only Gmail & GoogleDrive Traffic to SFC (Not complete google workspace inc. youtube, etc...)

Hello All,
Maybe I could not find the right thread to see a previous reply, but my problem is as follows:
I want to use SFC for better bonding & having wider bandwith for Gmail and Googledrive connections, especially on the upload side…
After choosing a SFC server, and choosing “Google Workspace” from “Optimize Cloud Application”, all traffic including watching videos on Youtube etc… goes to SFC routing.
However, I only want to use SFC for solely data transfer (mails, etc…); and not for watching something video Youtube, etc…
It would even be better if I can limit this for uploading.
How can I manage this request?
I tried with some server names & outbound policies, but it seems it did not work or more possibly, I could not manage the scenario.
Thanks for your time & advice in advance.

Use domain rules.
Network, Outbound policy

algorithm Enforced SFC ABC

Hello Jonathan,
Late reply - just found some calm time and tried your suggestion.
However, possibly the server names are not those you listed up.
If you have a list of servers / wildcard option / information on which server/IP ranges to “enforce” to SpeedFusion links, that would be great! I could not find it on google (possibly I couldn’t identify where to look)
Thank to all who read and/or respond for your time & advice in advance.
