Different version of the BR1 Mini?

I found this resource that talks about the five different version of the BR1 Mini:

From the comparison, it looks like the MAX-BR1-MINI-LTEA-W-T (Americas/EMEA) is better for the USA then the MAX-BR1-MINI-LTE-US-T (United States), it is CAT 6 and supports more LTE and 3G. Am I reading that correct? What is the real world difference in these models? Will the LTEA-W-T work in the United States and out preform the US-T?

MAX-BR1-MINI- LTEA-W-T is the newer CAT6 version that supports LTEA carrier aggregation and is better in every conceivable way than the old CAT4 model.
