DHCP server gets enabled on LAN with IC2 bulk config for HD4 MBX

Router: MAX HD4 MBX
FIrmware: 8.2.1 build 5375

I’m trying to push DHCP relay configuration to all my HD4 MBX routers by using bulk configuration in IC2. I have this method working with the regular HD4 routers.

The VLAN is defined in IC2 with the DHCP Server setting set to Unmanaged.

The configuration file pushed by bulk config contain the settings DHCP_SERVER=“relay” and DHCP_RELAY_SERVER=“<IP address 1> <IP address 2>”

After the HD4 MBX gets the configuration it ends up with the DHCP Server enabled, instead of having the DHCP relay configuration from the config file.
