Devices not showing in InControl after 6.2 upgrade

This evening I upgraded two HD4’s to 6.2.
Two hours after the upgrade, neither have appeared in Incotrol yet but they are both online and are connected via SpeedFusion.
Anyone else had this problem? (I’ve only upgraded the HD4’s so don’t know about other models)

Hi Sam,
Please log a ticket with the serial numbers for the two HD4s and the InControl team can take a closer look and find out what’s going on.
