Does anyone have issues with devices that should appear online on incontrol2 ?
My peplink devices are physically with me and connected to internet, my network is running.
But they are marked has offline on incontrol2.
Reboot several times, nothing change.
Finally, i disable Incontrol and made my settings on the web interface (no time to loose).
Just noticing that there is more and more downtime for incontrol2.
Have you checked nothing special is setup under InControl2 on the device itself?

Yes happened to me a month or two ago. I thought the isp may have started to suddenly block but a different wan / isp didn’t not fix. The advanced troubleshooting peplink wants me to do is too risky since I cannot physically reach the unit if something goes wrong until winter is over. So my device is not available via incontrol2 until this gets sorted.
