Device doesn't log any event for more than a week

Good day everyone,
I have a Balance 1350 router with the above mentioned system information and it acts as a central PepVPN device with +60 Peers connected to it, and it’s running completely normal in terms of routing and PepVPN connectivity, but checking it’s even log, it hasn’t been updated for more than a week. I also have an IC2 Server and checked that same device event log using it, the result was even worse as it doesn’t include any event for +10 days.
the problem only exists in the Balance 1350 mentioned, while other devices are running just normal and the even log is populated normally.
what could be the problem? is it something like log storage being full?

note: the Balance 1350 and the IC2 are on the same LAN.

Please try to make some changes. Have you see System: Changes applied from the event log?

Thanks for the response, Actually I’ve made some changes and nothing appeared, besides that I logged in.
