Device Belongs to another Organization even though I was the Original owner

How can I get my device removed from another organization. I am trying to set up the InControl access and I get this message that it already belongs to another orgization even though I am the original buyer for the device from PepLink.

Hi…

The only way, today, is contact some person that belongs to another organization and remove from their IC2 the serial number of your device.

Also register the SN under you / your org (not just in InControl)
If its still registered under someone else they can file a RMA on it months later (happened to me) and you’ll be SOL if you can’t get a refund
