Device always offline (Not even first appeared) - B One 5G

Hey, I just got a B One 5G for home use.

I want/need to use inControl2 because my parents aren’t that techsavy if I need to change something remotely.

Just set it up, added the router to a group using my S/N and set “Controller” to “InControl” in the “Controller Management Settings”-tab on the router settings itself.

If still shows as offline for some reason. Does anyone know why?

Update: we fixxed it

We upgraded to the newest firmware and the setting inside System → InControl changed to disabled. We’ve enabled it again and it works like a charm!
