This is my original equipment, purchased in 2020. I have not used it for approx one year and am just getting back on the road / trying to avoid busting out my power hungry Starlink. Everything is great, but when I try to purchase a new activation key for Speedfusion via InControl, I log in (with MFA) and my old org is gone. When I try to set up a new org and associate it with my serial number, I am hitting the “device already belongs…” message, which is just impossible. What are my options to get SF set back up (e.g. a care subscription??)? Thank you!
UPDATE: went through email archive and found a note from peplink stating that my old org would expire (while the router was not inuse) I am not finding a way to access the deleted org (> 1 year ago) and remove the device from that org and add it to my newly created org. An advice here would be awesome!
@waterlotus can you submit a ticket with the device info (eg. S/N) and the IC2 old and new Org (name & URL), to let our team conduct the investigation?

hi! thanks for the reply here! i was able to get my device disassociated from the vendor’s org (mobile must have). i purchased a new sf key and even though it appears that my device is connected to my peplink ID and the new org that i created, i am still getting this message:
when i click “ok”, i am brought to my overview page, which shows org/group/device all connected. i also confirmed the sf key that i just purchased is connected to my serial number.
is this just a timing issue (eg i need to wait a few hours to have the change cycle through you servers?) or do you have instructions you can link here to resolve this and get my sf rolling
?
thank you!!
@waterlotus I have the ticket with you, do you think we can communicate over the ticket as we would need private information that should not be disclosed to the public?
