Device already belongs to another organization, how to reach previous owner?

Hello, i purchased a MAX HD2 on Ebay and tried to register it but its already registered and i can’t link it up to InControl because of this error. How can I contact the previous owner to release it? or is there some other process i can follow to verify i purchased this legally/correctly from an Ebay seller?

So if the ebay seller i purchased this from can’t/won’t unregister the device, is it essentially useless to me if i want to do speedfusion channel bonding?

Not completely useless in that you can still host a FusionHub virtual appliance in the cloud and manually build a SpeedFusion bonded tunnel to it (assuming the device is not primecare).

However, if it was me I’d send it back unless they can clear the InControl ownership,
