Desperately need help from peplink because of a poor vender

Hello all,
I’ve created a helpdesk ticket with peplink just today, but I am desperate need of some assistance.

I have purchased a Peplink Balance, Serial Number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx [masked]
Model Peplink Balance SDX, from the “problem Vender”
Somewhere along the line the serial number registered to us was incorrectly entered and registered to us as xxxx-xxxx-xxxx [masked].
Our peplink is not working correctly and at times not at all, and we have been in communication with “problem vender” now for 4 weeks, and they haven’t addressed the issue. They have ghosted us for no reason
Because we are having issues, our location hasn’t been functioning properly for over a month now. We can not get into the incontrol site to configure it or even see that it is online, because now, it says the warranty has expired.
Going directly to Peplink for support is my last ditch effort before I completely abandon the product.

Any advice you can offer?

We are investigating and we shall feedback to you as soon as possible.

@Tom_Hafemann, I have masked the two S/N in your post, as a security measure.

Also, I see our team just responded to you in the ticket. Probably we could follow up on the case via the ticket.
