I seem to be having an issue deploying a configuration to a new device. I can see it in the InControl Devices tab, and I’ve now twice selected it and under Actions dropdown selected Configuration and chosen the single configuration I have, but it doesn’t seem to be taking. Where would I look to found out some error messages or some clue as to what’s happening? Thanks!
Hi. Is the device “online” on InControl? You can also push a configuration if you click on the device name, and then open the Settings tab.
