Default Passwords 3.5.2

I just got 2 AP 300’s, logged into them, updated the firmware to 3.5.2, and now the default access of admin and public do not work. Have the defaults changed? I tried factory defaulting twice, and power cycling twice. What else can I try? Thank you.

Are these APs being managed by a AP Controller or InControl2 at all?

I see my balance one router reconized them, but I didn’t do anything to add them or manage them. These are for another customer that I’m pre-configuring.

I would check the Balance One and see if AP Management is enabled under the AP Controller, if so they will automatically be configured from there. If you go under the profile section it will have the password there. Or you can enable it from there and set your own admin username/password.
