Hi

Is it possible to have a daily bandwidth allowance monitor. Currently we can only set monthly - however in India all operators offer a daily plan in a monthly package. Most commonly 1GB per day.

Hi Sawan:

If you’re using InControl 2, that can give Daily (and even hourly) Bandwidth reports.

I think Sawan is looking for the ability to measure bandwidth usage during the day, cut off when limit is reached then reset at midnight so the following day’s allowance can be consumed…

Hi Martin

Yes exactly as all plans here are daily - if the data gets exhausted then everything stops working. This way we can alert them when it crosses 80% so they know it’s the Data.

+1 this request. I need to limit daily data usage by MAC address. Rogue processes can exhaust monthly data allocation (30 GB) in a few hours. Ouch!
