Cut-off latency empty value keeps connection in standby

Hi,

I have a Speedfusion tunnel with several subtunnels. One of my subtunnels is configured as follows, with a cut-off latency of 200ms on all connections except the WAN (Starlink):

However, when I check the status of the tunnel, I see the cellular has a very poor latency of up to 5000ms whilst the WAN still stays in “stand-by”:

Am I doing something wrong? Should I enter a “crazy” value instead of an empty one, e.g. 2000ms?

Actually, why is the latency on the same interface different for different subtunnels? Differences are sometimes huge, whilst we are talking over the same interface with the same endpoints (except port number)…
