Creg and CME error codes on pepwave max BR1

Hi Forum users,

i want to see if somebody is able to help me troubleshooting some pepwav balnce unit in the field that reports signal network type but never get a IP address from the provider.
I would like to see if it is possible to get onto the CREG error codes on a pepwave BR1 max HW2 SW version 7+
tried looking up in the forums but could find anything related.
Problem seems to be related to the provider but i need to see and or bring up some evidence if possible.

Log a ticket. Engineering can access lower level data from both the diagnostic file and using remote assistance (if you can provide a temporary 2nd connection to allow for this).
