Creating a VPN inside a wired LAN with Wireless Backhaul

I have a DCS-GN-IP55’s serving security Cameras for a wireless connection back to an AP One Flex that is connected into a Balance 380 router.

Does anyone have any advice or configuration steps examples for setting up the Site to Site VPN’s from the DCS devices through the AP One Flex to the Balance 380 router.
