Continue using Windows 7 machine on Surf SOHO?

I have a Win7 machine running an essential RIP program for our printers that is no longer supported. It simply works for our purposes and we cannot find a suitable replacement. It is very doubtful this will install correctly on a Win10 machine and I cannot take the chance on experimentation. Is there a way to safely set up the Win7 machine so I can continue to use the computer on the network (drag/drop files into folders) and to block any internet connection? This machine’s sole purpose is to run the RIP program.

Yes. Add outbound firewall rules that deny the Win7 PC in question and it can’t reachout, add an inbound deny rule and nothing can reach in to it either - job done.
