Content Blocking resets on its own

Balalnce 310X Content Blocking on Network tab inserts block all streaming on its own.
Any ideas?

It seems to happen when InControl updates VLAN configuration, Admin management, Outbound Policy and Firewall…
I am not triggering these changes in any way.
Argh!!!

@bracurrie, do you have any active support tickets working with us on this case? If not, do you mind submitting a ticket with the device and firmware details to share with us for investigation?

No need to submit a ticket. After a good nights sleep and a subsequent check on InControl Firewall settings I found a new tab on InControl were Content Blocking of all streaming services was turned on. If I set that I do not remember doing so. I do remember being pestered to enable content blocking by InControl while trying to open a port for a troublesome device and app. But my LAN is heavily dependent on streaming services so I would not knowingly turn that on.
My recommendation here is to un-bundle Under “InControl is updating VLAN configuration, Admin management, Outbound policy “xxx-TAG”, and Firewall rules” changes to Content blocking and spell that out specifically. I could have seen that in the logs and understood what needed to be changed.
And for that matter, how do I learn what changes are being made to InControl. There is no written documentation, but a change log to the InControl platform is needed for non professional IT people like me to refer to.
