Just got this from @sitloongs on another thread (Incorrect false positives with Peplink Content Filtering Database - #20 by sitloongs)
So it looks like there is now a viable solution moving forward with Firmware 8.6.0 combined with InControl2 and an active Care plan.
It will be interesting to test this out
