Constant Refresh when trying to connect to the admin login

i just updated my Soho MK3 to 8.3.0 RC1 to update the certificate.

When I try to connect to 192.168.50.1, my ipad with iOS 16.1.1 constantly refreshes. The address bar switches between displaying “192.168.50.1“ and “data:text/html,”. I remember this happening in the distant past (meaning at least 3 months ago). Something I did resolved it that time but what?
