Recently we bought 16x Peplink MAX BR1 routers. One is a MAX-BR1-T, the other 15 are MAX-BR1-AE-T. They will be installed in our camping unit.
The routers work fine in The Netherlands. But when we drive abroad the 3g connection is lost and will reconnect. We did some tests.
One router we installed as following: Setting an fixed APN, Data roaming enabled. (SIM card with EU Internet bundle(KPN))
The next router we installed as following: Setting the APN mode to automatic, Data roaming enabled. (also a SIM card with EU Internet (t-mobile)).
Both routers will not reconnect when going abroad (we stay within the EU).
The firmware of the router is the latest 6.2.2 build 1790.
We don’t know what the problem is. I don’t know if there are more people who have same problem? Hopefully we can find a solution.
