Connection Down

Hello,

I’m Using a peplink balance 380 setup in drop in mode with a sonicwall firewall, 3 wan service, Everything was working and all of a sudden the peplink stopped working and i can’t find a reason i looked for the log and it doesn’t show any anormally, i resetted the peplink and we are not getting service, what could be the problem?

Did you log in to the router to confirm the connection status? You may need to open a support ticket to further diagnose:
