I have a customer with a new KVH LTE-1 tracphone dome on his sailboat and we’re unable to connect to the router via 192.168.50.1 to configure the new SIM card. This holds true via WiFi or hardwire Ethernet connection. Any ideas? This is a Pepwave Max BR1.
By default, the TracPhone LTE-1 system’s built-in Wi-Fi router has an IP address of 192.168.55.1can you access it on that IP?
