Connecting Pep-Wave to an existing wireless network.

Hello, I am trying to connect Pep-Wave to an existing wireless network that my phone and computer can both connect to at a marina. Under the dashboard on the WAN Connection status it shows there are 4 different WAN networks that have the green connected icon next to them. However none of the four WAN networks have the screen or the option to click on them which shows the page of all the local wifi servers in the area to connect the network to. I do not know why the option to connect to the local wifi networks is not appearing if someone can help with this.

What Pepwave device are we talking about?
What type of wireless network are you talking about? Wifi? 4G?
If you could include a screen shot of the Dashboard it would help a lot
