I’m using a Peplink 305 balancer for VPN connection (L2TP). I have 2 users working from a remote location, but only one user can be connected to the VPN at the time. Is anything that I need to modify? Is this allow with my device?
2 users cannot share the same credentials at the same time. Did you create separate user accounts?

I’m using a radius server for authentication, each user is using their own credentials. So yes they are separate accounts.
