Configure the Peplink Router for Inbound Traffic Load Balancing Across Multiple WAN Links !

I have a Peplink Balance 580 with four WAN links, two of which have fixed public IP addresses at 200 Mbps each. In my setup, there is a firewall behind the Peplink Balance that establishes a site-to-site VPN to manage traffic between my network and my client’s network. I aim to achieve inbound traffic load balancing across these WAN links to ensure redundancy and availability.

I’ve identified two methods to achieve this. The first method involves configuring the Peplink router as an authoritative DNS server, while the second method utilizes external DNS services for DNS functionality. My question pertains to the first method: if I opt to use the Peplink router as an authoritative DNS server, do I need to purchase a domain name from a registrar or incur any additional charges?
