Having issues getting an AT&T Shockwave USB modem to be recognized by Surf Soho router. Firmware is 6.2.0s007 build 1590 for the router. Issue is modem is detected but never connects. Modem works in a Cradlepoint mbr1000 router. Have tried an Auto setting for AP and also adding “broadband” and “isp.cingular” under custom. Also under Sim Card IMSI is says (No sim card detected). I know there is an active sim card as it is working in the other router which does post the sim card number.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
